Client FAQ & Service Overview

1. BILLING AND PAYMENT
How and when will I be charged?
We require all clients to keep a valid credit or debit card securely on file. We charge all completed cleans
and applicable service fees once weekly on Fridays through our secure billing platform.
What do I need to do to set that up?
You'll be sent a Card Authorization Form, which safely uploads your card information into our system
and holds us accountable to only charge for completed services.
Will you charge me for linen right away?
No. We will only charge your card for your initial linen purchase after we receive your explicit approval
and verify the inventory required.
What if my card fails or I miss a payment?
Refer to our Service Fee Policy for details on late payment fees and service suspension. Timely payment
is essential to maintain ongoing service.
2. SCHEDULING ACCESS
How do I give you access to my property calendar?
We require daily access to your calendar to ensure we never miss a clean. Here's how to provide access
based on your setup:
● Airbnb Only: Invite us as a Co-Host (limited access is fine—we only need calendar visibility).
● Airbnb + VRBO: Connect your calendars through Turno and share your Turno access with us.
● Other platforms: Provide access to your preferred scheduling app or allow us to view your direct
booking calendar.

What happens if a booking isn’t on the calendar?
While we monitor calendars daily, we cannot be held responsible for unlisted or missed bookings (e.g.,
private stays, calendar sync failures). We rely on accurate, updated calendars to deliver timely service.
3. DEEP CLEANS
How often do I need a deep clean?
We recommend quarterly deep cleans to maintain top-tier quality. Ideally, deep cleans are scheduled
every 4 months, but not exceeding every 6 months.
● Standard deep cleans are billed at 2x the standard clean rate.
● Delayed deep cleans (6+ months between) may require additional fees due to increased workload.
We will reach out after your first few cleans to help get your deep clean on the schedule.
4. CHECKERS & QUALITY CONTROL
What is a Checker, and what do they do?
A Checker visits each property after the clean is complete to ensure everything is guest-ready. They will
notify you via our office number if anything appears broken, missing, or in poor condition.
Can I request additional tasks?
Yes! Each owner is allowed to submit a list of up to 10 simple, non-cleaning visual checks (e.g., “make
sure the squeegee is in the shower,” “pillow placed in this exact spot”).
We do not accommodate excessive lists or requests that fall under property management services.
5. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
What are guests expected to do before checkout?
Just two things:
● Check out on time
● Start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes
That’s it. We've built our pricing to include everything else, so guests don’t need to strip beds, take out
trash, or tidy up.
6. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS TO HELP MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY
While we are not a licensed property management or handyman company, we are currently testing a new
prototype program designed to offer light property support where legally permissible. These services are
completely optional and may be requested individually or as part of a bundle.
We’re still fine-tuning the details and processes to ensure this service is reliable, efficient, and truly
helpful to you. During this trial phase, your feedback is incredibly valuable as we work toward building
something more robust in the future.

Package 1: Monthly Maintenance Magic (Subscription-Based)
● Change air filters, remote/door batteries
● Check & refill propane tanks
● Check clocks, fire extinguishers, smoke/CO detectors
● Lightbulb replacements (we’ll purchase if needed)
● Water softener check-ins
Package 2: Enhanced Cleaning Delight (Flat Rate Add-On)
● Blow off decks, patios, and outdoor furniture
● Semi-professional window touch-ups
● Garage tidying
● TV and electronics check
Package 3: On-Demand Handyman Hero (Hourly Rate + Materials)
● Small repairs: hinges, garbage disposals, TP holders, clogs
● Replacing linens: protectors, curtains, shams
● In-person supply runs: coffee makers, silverware, etc.
● Seasonal check-ups: flush toilets, pour water down drains, adjust thermostats
● Trash bin sanitation, pressure washing, basic sink trap cleaning
● Light inventory counting or scheduling vendors on your behalf
Important Note: We always recommend working with a licensed handyman or full-service property
manager for any major needs. Our support is intended as light, supplemental assistance and should not be
considered a replacement for licensed professionals.
7. SERVICE REMINDERS
A magnet will be added to your fridge asking guests to text us when they check out. This helps us get a
head start on your properties cleanliness.
A deep clean is expected within the first 2 months of working with us. We'll coordinate scheduling to
ensure quality.
Our systems are set up to minimize client involvement—we handle invoicing, scheduling, and restocking
for you, but clear communication and calendar access are essential for smooth operations.
