Inviting someone into your home takes trust, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. Our team is professional, respectful, and committed to treating your home with care. As part of our Hurricane City business licensing requirements, employees who enter clients’ homes undergo background checks. Along with clear communication and consistent service, this helps you feel comfortable and confident about who’s caring for your home.

Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

No. Many of our recurring clients aren’t home during their scheduled cleaning, and we actually find that it’s easier for our team to work efficiently when the home is empty. Before your first visit, we’ll work with you to arrange secure access and make sure you know exactly what to expect, so the entire process feels smooth and comfortable.

What if I have pets?

We’re happy to clean while friendly pets are home. Just let us know their names, anything we should know about them, and whether we’re allowed to give them a treat. If your pet has any special routines or needs, please share those with us before your scheduled cleaning so our team knows what to expect.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. We bring all of the cleaning products and equipment needed for your service. Our team uses products and equipment we’re familiar with, so we know how to use them safely and effectively on the surfaces in your home. For that reason, we don’t use cleaning products or equipment provided by homeowners.

What if I'm not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your satisfaction matters to us. Our Happy Home Guarantee means that if something wasn’t cleaned the way you expected, let us know and we’ll return within 24 hours to make it right. We appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns and make sure you feel confident in the care you’re receiving.

What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule your cleaning, just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to find another time that fits your schedule.
